Web Design

Today your first impression is more based off of your web design than your office. Having a good quality web design and web presence is extremely important. In today’s age of technology we see customers doing their research, looking for a good quality company to purchase from, all via the web. If you do not have a good clean professional web design, than most likely they may associate your company as a smaller company.
Not having a website today, makes as much sense as not having a phone in your office. A website is another way to market your self to your clientèle. Having an improperly built website though can be worse in some cases then having a website at all. When it comes to a good professional clean web design, come see us.
Web Design is the actual design, and style of your website. Web design, as defined by Wikipedia, is a process of conceptualization, planning, modeling, and execution of electronic information delivery via the Internet in the form of technologies suitable for interpretation and display by a web browser. In other words, the overall intent of web design is to create a collection of web sites that presents content in the form of web pages.
A web page is a document, usually written in HTML (HyperText Markup Languague) that transfers information in a web browser through the Internet. On the other hand, a web site is a collection of documents (web pages), images, or code accessible through the Internet.
Web sites can be defined as static or dynamic.
• A Static Website has web pages stored on a particular server in the same form as the user will review them. A static website contains pre-defined information to the user. This type of website usually displays the same information to all visitors, no matter where they are located at or which web browser they may be using; thus the information is static. A static website generally provides consistent, standard information for an extended period of time. Although the website owner may make updates periodically, it is a manual process to edit the text, photos and other content and may require basic website design skills and software.
• A Dynamic Website is just the opposite. A Dynamic website does not have web pages stored on the server in the same form as the user reviews them. Instead, the content or information stored on the web site changes automatically and/or frequently based on certain criteria. A dynamic website is much simpler to maintain. The website contains fewer web pages to maintain and update, plus a database is used to build and update hundreds or thousands of individual web pages and links. The advantage of creating a dynamic website is that there is usually a lot more information stored in the database and made available to the users.
