Web Designer

Responsibilities:
•    Use expertise and eye for effective design to build and maintain Websites/Portals for rapidly growing enterprises
•    Use best-practice techniques to leverage the power of the Web on projects
•    Use design skills to rapidly develop Mockups/Prototypes of new and/or improved Web Designs
•    Create compelling, attractive Web Interfaces using Sound User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) methodologies and practices
•    Use experience to build intuitive site architectures, often grouping disparate elements into a single logical site structure
•    Create intuitive, attractive Web Interfaces for Web Applications
Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
•    At least four years of experience in User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), navigation design, Wireframing, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, CSS, and Flash
•    Strong organizational and analytical skills
•    Ability to use professional design tools to create intuitive, highly appealing web pages, content, and interfaces
•    Familiarity with the creation and management of embedded webpage media: Graphics, Forms, Audio, Video, and Scripting
•    Knowledge of web standards, accessibility and usability
•    Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
•    Exhibit a sense of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
•    Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment
 
 
Front End Web Developer
 
Requirements:
•    5+ years experience hand-coding HTML and CSS.
•    3+ years experience with JavaScript.
•    3+ years experience with Photoshop/Fireworks/ImageReady.
•    Cross platform and cross browser experience (Mac and PC) is a must.
•    A self-starter with a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
•    A strong desire to grow in a fun and energetic company.
Our ideal candidate will have one or more of the following:
•    Experience with jQuery
•    Experience with ASP.NET
•    CMS experience
•    Flash/Flex/AS3 knowledge
•    Knowledge of web analytics such as Google Analytics, Mint, or similar product
•    Web Hosting experience with shared/dedicated Windows environments
 
 
Web Developer

Responsibilities:
•    Able to develop simple websites to complex custom applications.
•    Able to see these projects through from start to finish.

The projects will range from:
•    Building content management systems
•    Custom eCommerce systems with integrated or external inventory database integration
•    Architecting and building unique online content, experiences and systems
•    You must be able to play nice with others including designers, project managers and especially clients – who will require you to interface with them at times to understand, document and deliver upon their requirements.
Requirements:
•    3-5 years of web development
•    PHP, MySQL, SSL, XHTML, CSS, XML
•    Experience with open-source CMS as well as creating custom CMS
•    Passion for what you do
